Despite that EPA has concluded:

• There is no safe level of exposure to PM_2.5;
• Inhaling PM_2.5 can kill within hours of exposure; and that
• PM_2.5 can also cause cancer…

…since 2004 and continuing through the Obama administration, the U.S. EPA illegally exposed sick people to high levels of PM_2.5 and diesel exhaust (which contains PM_2.5)…

EPA generates high-levels of diesel exhaust for human study subjects to inhale. The EPA says diesel exhaust is deadly and can cause cancer.

… and lied about it to the study subjects. Despite the aforementioned scientific conclusions of EPA and despite EPA administrator Lisa Jackson testifying to Congress that,

Particulate matter causes premature death. It doesn’t make you sick. It’s directly causal to dying sooner than you should.

Not only does this conduct violate sacrosanct standards and federal regulations concerning the protection of human subjects used in scientific experiments, it also violates civil and criminal laws.
